Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of federal and state documentation and compliance reports.
- Communicate with agency stakeholders, contractors, and the public with a high level of professionalism.
- Manage and organize sensitive data and records in compliance with government regulations.
- Conduct research and compile data for policy analysis and briefing materials.
- Support administrative operations for local government offices, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all agency information.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required for Federal roles; legal authorization to work in the US is required for State/Local roles.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in government, public administration, or a related field is a plus.
