Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain confidential digital records.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos and official correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for agency leadership.
- Assist in organizing agency events and community outreach programs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office or administrative setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Must be eligible for government security clearance (if applicable).
