Responsibilities
- Process public records requests with precision and confidentiality
- Manage digital filing systems and document lifecycle protocols
- Assist in grant application preparation and compliance reporting
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and scheduling

- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulations
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and report generation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative or public sector experience
- Proficiency in document management systems (SharePoint, DocuWare)
- Strong knowledge of public records laws (RCW, FERPA)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance within 30 days
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with government procurement processes preferred
