Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and accuracy.
- Process and maintain accurate public records, files, and databases.
- Assist the administrative team with data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
- Ensure strict compliance with state regulations and internal office protocols.
- Sort, distribute, and route mail and internal communications efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to support ongoing government initiatives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support, clerical work, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
