Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems in accordance with state regulations.
- Assist visitors and staff with document retrieval and information requests.
- Perform accurate data entry and transcription of sensitive government records.
- Verify and process incoming mail, correspondence, and official documents.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all sensitive information handled.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
