- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on record-keeping initiatives
- Generate reports on document inventory and audit trails
- Train staff on records management protocols
- Ensure HIPAA and PII compliance in all record handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years records management or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Familiarity with FOIA and public records laws
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background check
