Responsibilities
- Perform essential daily cleaning, maintenance, or administrative tasks to ensure facility readiness and compliance with government safety codes.
- Interact professionally with the public, citizens, and fellow employees to provide information and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, security measures, and operational procedures established by the department.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or suspicious activities to the appropriate supervisors immediately.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene to represent the government organization positively.
- Utilize government software and database systems to record data, process paperwork, and track daily activities.
- Assist in organizing community events or public outreach initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; additional vocational training is a plus.
- Ability to pass a standard government background check, drug screening, and fingerprinting process.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong commitment to reliability, punctuality, and attendance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn proprietary software quickly.
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation preferred for field roles.
