Responsibilities
- Manage pension enrollment, eligibility verification, and documentation processing
- Assist employees with retirement plan inquiries and benefit calculations
- Ensure compliance with federal/state pension regulations and audit requirements
- Maintain accurate pension databases and prepare quarterly reports
- Coordinate with finance department for fund allocations and forecasting

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in pension/benefits administration
