Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for federal hardware and software systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity and application issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of federal IT assets.
- Document all IT incidents, resolutions, and system changes in accordance with federal standards.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to senior IT staff.
- Collaborate with the IT security team to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background check and security clearance.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced federal environment.
