Your Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain federal grant databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with strict federal regulations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for state agency employees and public facing portals.
- Assist in the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments to meet federal cybersecurity standards (FISMA).
- Create technical documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions for citizen engagement.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration within a government or highly regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and compliance requirements (e.g., FAR, DFARS).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and database management systems (SQL, Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a suitable government security clearance.
