Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of end-user devices (laptops, printers, mobile devices).
- Manage and update asset inventories and documentation.
- Respond to service tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with state data privacy and security policies.
- Conduct basic training for staff on new software and systems.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 suite.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate issues.
- Valid Driver’s License required for occasional travel between sites.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
