Responsibilities
- Assist patrons with circulation services including checkouts, returns, and renewals
- Shelve library materials and maintain orderly collection organization
- Provide basic reference assistance and technology support
- Process new acquisitions and assist with inventory management
- Support program preparation and event execution for community outreach
- Maintain clean, welcoming library environment and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months customer service or library experience preferred
- Proficient in basic computer operations and library systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Nevada driver's license (if required for branch rotation)
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods
