Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist visitors and provide information regarding city services and departmental procedures.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Prepare, copy, and distribute correspondence, reports, and memos.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages in a timely manner.
- Assist in the organization and filing of municipal documents and case files.
- Support senior staff with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office or administrative setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
