Responsibilities
- Inspect, clean, and maintain park facilities (playgrounds, trails, sports courts)
- Assist with setup and supervision of recreational events and programs
- Perform light landscaping duties (mowing, pruning, litter removal)
- Enforce safety protocols and report facility hazards
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Support seasonal events like festivals and youth programs
- Complete maintenance logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Basic knowledge of park maintenance procedures
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in customer service or event coordination preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
