Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain park facilities, playgrounds, sports courts, and landscaping equipment
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and crowd management for community festivals
- Perform routine inspections of park amenities to ensure safety and accessibility
- Provide customer service to park visitors and address inquiries professionally
- Support youth and adult recreational programs as assigned
- Monitor park conditions and report maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Collaborate with team members on seasonal beautification projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California Driver's License (Class C) with clean record
- Experience with basic landscaping tools and equipment preferred
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Positive attitude and commitment to community service
