Responsibilities
- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls with compassion and accuracy
- Operate radio systems and CAD software for real-time dispatch coordination
- Provide critical pre-arrival instructions to callers during medical emergencies

- Collaborate with police, fire, and EMS personnel during critical incidents

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
