Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls with accuracy and empathy
- Operate radio systems to coordinate police, fire, and EMS responses
- Maintain detailed incident logs and computer-aided dispatch records
- Utilize CAD software for real-time resource deployment tracking
- Provide critical information to officers in the field during critical incidents
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance
- Participate in ongoing training drills and scenario simulations
Qualifications
