Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Urban Planning, or related field
- 1-3 years of policy research or government internship experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS) and qualitative research methods
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Minnesota state and local government structures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (for occasional site visits)
