Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Health Administration, or related field
- 2+ years experience in policy analysis or government research
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or Tableau)
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Texas legislative processes preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license required
