Responsibilities
- Review and process federal applications and eligibility documentation with high accuracy.
- Conduct interviews with applicants to determine program eligibility and gather required information.
- Maintain and organize confidential records in compliance with federal and state privacy regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and statistical data regarding program performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to callers and visitors in person and via telephone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases and policy inquiries.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship required for federal positions.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support or customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
