Responsibilities
- Plan and execute bilingual community outreach events across King County
- Develop culturally responsive engagement materials in English and Spanish
- Collect and analyze community feedback for program improvement
- Coordinate with state agency partners and community organizations
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and participant data
- Support digital outreach through social media and virtual forums
- Prepare monthly progress reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in public administration, communications, or related field
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- 1+ years experience in community outreach or public engagement
- Strong event coordination and project management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for community events
- Valid Washington State driver's license (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
