- Oversee public records requests and document retention protocols in compliance with California Public Records Act

- Maintain official municipal code and legislative tracking systems
- Supervise records management staff and implement digital archiving solutions
- Provide administrative support to elected officials and department heads
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years municipal government or public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in records management systems (e.g., Laserfiche)
- California Public Records Act certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of Robert's Rules of Order and parliamentary procedure
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
