Responsibilities
- Facilitate community meetings and public forums across Columbus neighborhoods
- Manage constituent inquiries and coordinate with city departments for resolutions
- Support outreach programs including senior services and youth initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of community feedback and service requests
- Assist with grant reporting and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on city-wide projects
- Prepare monthly engagement analytics and impact reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in community outreach or customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background check
