Responsibilities
- Coordinate outreach events for public health awareness campaigns
- Manage community resource databases and program documentation
- Assist with grant application preparation and reporting
- Support stakeholder communications with community partners
- Track program metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Facilitate bilingual (English/Spanish) community workshops
- Maintain compliance with state regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in community outreach or program coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for community events
- Clear background check and fingerprinting required
- Spanish bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
- Knowledge of San Francisco community resources a plus
