Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on streets, sidewalks, and drainage systems
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery under supervision
- Assist in park beautification and green space management
- Participate in seasonal snow removal and emergency response
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Support waste management and recycling initiatives
- Document daily work activities and equipment usage
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Basic knowledge of construction tools preferred
- Availability to work weekends during emergencies
