Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and debris removal
- Operate light machinery and hand tools safely (e.g., jackhammers, shovels, saws)
- Assist in road repairs, sidewalk maintenance, and park facility upkeep
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with crew members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical work
