Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize official department records according to state retention policies
- Process and file public documents with meticulous attention to detail
- Respond to public records requests in compliance with Arizona public records laws
- Digitize physical records using state-approved document management systems
- Coordinate with agency staff to ensure accurate record-keeping protocols
- Assist in audits and compliance reviews of record-keeping practices
- Train temporary staff on proper document handling procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in records management or document handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software
