Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and records management software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Missouri public records laws preferred
