- Provide exceptional constituent support via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate agency events and community outreach initiatives
- Manage digital filing systems and document lifecycle
- Assist with budget tracking and procurement processes
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Train temporary staff on department protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and security clearance
