Responsibilities
- Assist with high-level administrative functions and document processing for state agencies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to citizens visiting the office.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in government or public administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
