Responsibilities

- Collaborate with full-time staff to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of state regulations and agency policies.
- Participate in mandatory training sessions and professional development workshops.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a government, customer service, or administrative setting is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as per state requirements.
