Responsibilities
- Coordinate community outreach initiatives for state-funded programs
- Manage case documentation and reporting systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement program objectives
- Conduct community needs assessments and data analysis
- Develop educational materials for program beneficiaries
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and public presentations
- Monitor program compliance with state regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- 2+ years experience in government/nonprofit program coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with grant reporting and compliance requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
