Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for internal hardware and software systems.
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of virtualization environments.
- Document system configurations and update technical manuals.
- Collaborate with full-time staff to ensure 24/7 system availability.
- Perform routine security audits and patch management.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
