- Manage checkpoint queues while maintaining security efficiency
- Identify and report prohibited items or suspicious activities
- Provide clear instructions to travelers during screening processes
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of screening activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement and airport personnel during emergencies
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and observational abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
