- Maintain security checkpoints in compliance with federal regulations and SOPs
- Provide clear instructions and assistance to travelers during screening processes
- Document security incidents and operational irregularities through required reporting systems
- Collaborate with law enforcement and airport personnel during security alerts
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer proficiency for checkpoint systems
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
