Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect mail along assigned city routes on foot and/or vehicle
- Sort, sequence, and organize mail efficiently using automated equipment
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to traffic regulations
- Provide excellent customer service at residences and businesses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report service issues
- Adhere to USPS policies, safety protocols, and operational standards
- Assist with mail processing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and carry mail sacks
- Basic computer literacy for digital tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
