Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect mail along assigned routes efficiently and accurately
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to traffic regulations
- Sort and organize mail/packages in accordance with USPS standards
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve delivery inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols for handling packages and operating equipment
- Perform route adjustments as needed to optimize delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, etc.)
- Basic computer literacy for digital tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
