Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS regulations, and California pension laws

- Analyze financial data and prepare actuarial reports for fiduciary oversight
- Develop and implement process improvements for benefits administration workflows
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams on policy updates and system enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in pension administration, benefits management, or financial planning
- Advanced knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and California pension statutes
- Proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., NaviPlan, Milliman)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for complex financial calculations
