Responsibilities
- Administer pension plans including eligibility calculations, benefit payments, and record maintenance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of pension plan administration experience with government entities
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(a), and California Pension Code requirements
- Proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Milliman, Provalto)
- Series 65 or 66 investment advisor license preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Ability to manage confidential data with strict HIPAA-like protocols
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for participant education
