Responsibilities
- Administer state pension plans with precision, including contribution processing, benefit calculations, and retirement distributions
- Ensure strict compliance with ERISA, IRS regulations, and California pension laws through rigorous audits and documentation
- Analyze complex financial data to generate actuarial reports, funding projections, and risk assessments

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of pension plan administration experience in public sector or regulated environment
- Deep expertise in ERISA, IRS Code 401(a), and California Government Code 31600+
- Professional certification (e.g., ASPPA, QKA, or CFA) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in pension administration systems (e.g., Benefitfocus, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite
