Responsibilities
- Manage and administer federal pension plans in compliance with OPM regulations and ERISA guidelines
- Process retirement applications and benefit calculations for federal employees
- Conduct comprehensive pension plan audits and compliance reviews

- Collaborate with HR departments across federal agencies on pension-related matters

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field
- 5+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Federal benefits certification (e.g., CBP, CEBS) preferred
- Advanced knowledge of FERS/CSRS retirement systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with pension management software (e.g., Oracle HCM)
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
