Responsibilities
- Oversee pension plan administration, including enrollment, distributions, and compliance reporting
- Develop and maintain retirement benefit documentation and communication materials
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to federal regulations (ERISA, IRS codes)
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on retirement strategy and policy updates
- Manage participant inquiries and resolve complex benefit-related issues
- Analyze plan data and prepare comprehensive annual reports for regulatory bodies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of pension plan administration experience, preferably in government
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or Society of Actuaries (SOA) designation preferred
- Expertise in ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and federal retirement systems
- Advanced proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., UltiPro, ADP)
