Responsibilities
- Manage pension fund investments and portfolio performance analysis
- Process retirement applications and benefit calculations with 99.8% accuracy
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS regulations, and Oregon statutes
- Generate quarterly reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Conduct audits and reconcile discrepancies across multiple systems
- Respond to beneficiary inquiries during night shift hours
- Collaborate with legal team on policy updates and legislative changes
- Maintain secure documentation in state-of-the-art digital vaults
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- 3+ years pension administration or fund management experience
- FINRA Series 65/66 or CFA certification preferred
- Expertise in pension accounting standards (ASC 715, 960)
- Proficiency with pension administration software (e.g., NPS, Millennium)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Clearances for federal financial systems access
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
