Responsibilities
- Administer complex federal pension plans including FERS, CSRS, and TSP accounts
- Conduct benefit calculations, eligibility reviews, and retirement counseling
- Develop policy recommendations for pension program improvements
- Collaborate with OPM and Treasury on regulatory compliance
- Train federal employees on retirement planning and benefits
- Lead cross-agency pension system modernization projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in pension administration or federal benefits
- Expertise in ERISA, federal retirement systems, and TSP regulations
- Advanced degree in Finance, Public Administration, or HR
- Federal GS-12 level experience or equivalent private sector
- Strong analytical skills with pension modeling software
- Security clearance eligibility (required)
