Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or Public Administration
- 3+ years of pension administration or federal benefits experience
- Deep knowledge of federal retirement systems (CSRS/FERS)
- ERISA and IRS retirement plan compliance certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Oracle HCM)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling
