- Respond to participant inquiries regarding retirement benefits

- Maintain accurate pension plan documentation and records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of pension fund operations or retirement systems
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software (SAP, Oracle preferred)
