Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plans including FERS and CSRS with 99.7% accuracy
- Conduct complex benefit calculations for retirement, disability, and survivor claims
- Ensure strict compliance with OPM regulations and ERISA standards
- Develop and deliver pension training programs to federal employees
- Analyze pension data trends to identify optimization opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
