Responsibilities

- Provide technical guidance to employers and plan administrators on pension regulations
- Analyze complex pension plan documents for legal and regulatory adherence
- Collaborate with legal teams to initiate enforcement actions when necessary
- Train stakeholders on pension compliance requirements and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of pension plan administration or regulatory compliance experience
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and DOL reporting requirements
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, CFA, CPA) strongly preferred
- Proficiency with pension administration software and data analysis tools
- Exceptional written communication skills for regulatory documentation
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents and financial statements
