- Develop educational materials and conduct workshops on retirement planning and pension options
- Collaborate with OPM and other federal agencies to align pension policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pension plan administration or employee benefits
- Strong knowledge of FERS, CSRS, and TSP regulations
- Professional certification (CEBS, CBP) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in federal benefit systems (e.g., BENEFITS, HRIS)
