Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration or benefits experience
- Proficiency with pension management software (e.g., Milliman, Alight)
- Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and state pension laws
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
